  • French food is famously difficult to enjoy for those on a gluten-free diet. Cherie is dedicated to showing that that doesn’t need to be the case. During this Quiche Lorraine Masterclass you will learn the art of making delicious gluten-free shortcrust pastry, which you can then apply to all your favourite recipes.
  • Working on the latest Smeg stand mixers, Cherie will be providing detailed step-by-step instructions that help debunk the mysteries of gluten-free baking and ensure that you deliver delicious results every time. In fact, after you’ve made these delicious creations, we’ll box them up so that you can take them home with you.
  • The recipe is drawn from her very own cookbook ‘Gluten Free Baking Made Simple’, which will be available at a discounted rate for all masterclass participants.
  • Soft Drinks included

Description

Cherie Lyden is a nutritionist by trade, who made the bold transition to opening a gluten-free bakery when she and her daughter were diagnosed with coeliac’s disease ten years ago. Seeing the lacklustre offering out there for those on a gluten-free diet, it became her mission to deliver food with real ingredients, made from scratch, that could truly rival the best glutenous options. Wholegreen Bakery now has 3 stores across Sydney, can be found in Harris Farm Markets across Australia and was recently listed among the World’s Best Pastry Shops according to La Liste.
