CASA Spirits, Melbourne's most exciting spirits brand, has teamed up with Four Frogs — Australia's leading French crêperie — to reimagine one of France's most iconic desserts for Bastille Festival Sydney 2026. The result? A Crêpe Suzette experience like no other, flambéed live using CASA's signature Salted Caramel Sour cocktail as part of the process.

Inspired by the caramelised, citrus-forward flavours of the original recipe, the collaboration brings a distinctly Australian perspective to a French classic — theatrical, indulgent, and very Bastille.
