CIDER & OUR SAILORS
We owe the heritage of cider in France to the sailors who brought it back from the Iberian coast. As early as the 17th century, besides its beneficial virtues, sailors would toast at sea with cider for pleasure as well as for strength to face storms. Inspired by these men of the sea, we sublimate cider by giving it strength together with elegance. The secret composition of our cider draws its influences from the recipe of the family blend of the Kermasson of Kerisel, of which Théo descended: A long line of naval officers of the French Navy dating back to 1780, as well as a traditional cider-making family since the end of the XIXth century.

The quality of an ørganic craft-cider, cømbined with the elegance « à la Française »,
Our cider is « pure juice » with nø additives. Which means apples and only apples !
Subtle and prønøunced, cømbined with fine bubbles.
Øn the nøse, a pøwerful perfume øf caramelised wild apples.
Gølden dress mixed with deep amber reflectiøns.
Subtle and tightly sweet, it is thus much møre refreshing and festive.

Øur natural pear craft-cider will surprise you with its stunning flavørs resulting frøm a secret blending frøm different varieties øf natural pears.
Its tøpaz dress and its fresh fruity bubbles make it a marvel før møments øf sharing and unique relaxation.

Bastille Festival Sydney will be setting up a dedicated Cider Bar during 4 days on 11, 12, 13 and 14 July 2019. The Bar will be located at CUSTOMS HOUSE VILLAGE.
During 4 days in July 2019, Bastille Festival will be making its French Revolution on Circular Quay featuring the one and only Cider Bar in Sydney, a few meters away from the Harbour Bridge.
Take a glass, relax and enjoy the French “Art de Vivre” at Customs House Village.

VAL DE RANCE – FIRST FLEET PARK VILLAGE

It all started in 1953, when 12 apple growers from the Rance Valley decided to share production and distribution meanss. Sharing the same passion and the same aim, they launched the “Les Celliers Associés” cooperative in Pleudihen-sur-Rance in the Côtes d’Armor, on a 5-hectare site bordering the Rance River. Our raison d’être: to provide an outlet for producers-members by transforming apples into cider and apple juice, for the pleasure of all.
Limpid with orange gold colour in the glass. This original Dry French Cider is a well balanced cider with natural aromas of ripe apples. Strong notes of bittersweet apples with medium sweetness from the natural sugars of apples. This cider will accompany grilled seafood, meats on barbecue, spicy curry or salads. Perfect also just on it’s own relaxing with friends.
Limpid with a clear orange colour. Nose of freshly pressed pears. Round and sweet in mouth with medium acidity.Naturally acidulated with sugars contains in the fruits. This cider can accompany sweet desserts and is particularly excellent with chocolate. Apples used: Acidulated cider apples like Avrolles, Bittersweet varities like Douce Moën
Limpid with red shades. Intense raspberry aromas. Great blending with this red fruits and apple meld together in this dry cider. Naturally sweet with sugars contains in the fruits. This cider can accompany goat cheese, pork or fish like Cabillaud. Apples used: Acidulated cider apples like Avrolles, Bittersweet varieties like Douce Moën.
