Bastille Festival is a free event, access to the festival villages, the Christmas in July and entertainment is entirely free. The following experiences are ticketed: Raclette Melted Cheese Igloo Experience, Wine & Cheese Feast and Wine Tasting Tour.

No alcohol from outside will be allowed inside the venue. The event is not licensed for BYO so you won’t be allowed to bring alcohol or hot food into the premises. Snacks and soft drinks are allowed.

On this journey, you’ll receive priority access to each of the bars located throughout Bastille Festival, and will taste up to 6 premium wines, one cider from Normandie and a Frenchies Beer. If eight wines sounds like a lot to you, we also have a tour that lets you taste up to four different premium wines. Remember though, this is a wine tasting, so the glasses are half-filled, because you know… responsible service of alcohol and all that.

Dogs are allowed in the premises but they must be on a lead at all times and any ‘poo’ must be picked up and disposed of properly in a plastic bag.

However, for the Raclette Igloo Experience, with kids around and the strong smell of the cheese, we feel like it’s more appropriate to keep them home. But of course, guide dogs are allowed. 

To ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors, smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices are not permitted. You will be invited to go to the designated smoking area. Thank you for your cooperation!

We may be taking photos or recording video during your visit for use in our external and internal communications. This could include our social media accounts, newsletter, website, or other promotional materials.

If you are not comfortable being recorded or photographed, please let our team know, and we will do our best to avoid including you in our media. However, if you are happy to participate, we would be grateful for your support in showcasing our establishment and highlighting the great experiences that we offer.

Certainly! If you forgot to make a reservation or prefer to decide on the spot, you can book on-site. However, please be mindful that certain experiences have limited ticket availability, so it’s advisable to secure your tickets promptly.

You don’t need to print off your ticket for your experience. You can simply display your ticket on your smartphone for check-in.

We can swap your ticket up to 7 days prior to the experience.

All bookings are final and we do not refund or exchange tickets for a mistaken booking or change of mind. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for inadvertently booking the wrong session. Please check the session details carefully on each page of the booking process.

Refund or voucher will be given for a cancelled session due to adverse/severe weather conditions, or technical issues.

Recording a movie screening is a violation of copyright laws and can result in serious legal consequences. You will be reported to the Police and Federal copyright authorities.
