French Puff is on Bastille Festival with its delicious French Choux !

French Puff  brings authentic French profiteroles, delicious “choux” filled (or not) with ice cream and covered with hot chocolate sauce

A profiterole  is a filled French choux pastry ball with a typically sweet and moist filling of whipped cream, custard, pastry cream or ice cream. The puffs may be decorated or left plain or garnished with hot chocolate sauce or a dusting of powdered sugar.

Where do Profiteroles come from ?

The origin of both the pastry and its name profiterole are obscure. It turns out that profiteroles have a long and complex history. Apparently a 16th-century Italian chef named Popelini, who worked for Catherine de Medici, wife of the French king Henri II, was the first to think of putting a filling inside cream puffs. (Whether or not he actually invented the puffs is not clear).

Excite your tastebuds with the authentic flavours of French Profiteroles ! two charming French men Philippe and Mickael will prepare for you the mouth watering dessert. The Local Delicacy will be served with cream and Philippe’s secret chocolate sauce.
