Pils d’Alsace: This Traditional French Pils is brewed with a noble hop from the Alsace region called Strisselspalt. This crisp hoppy lager displays floral notes and a gentle maltiness.
Blanche: Blanche is an unfiltered wheat beer brewed with Coriander seeds, Juniper seeds, Bergamot peel and Mandarin peel. This pale and cloudy beer has outstanding citrus zest tones with a tart and refreshing finish and no bitterness.
Bastille Pale Ale: This Pale ale is brewed with French techniques, getting a nice caramel flavour from the long boil in the brewhouse that blends nicely with the aromatic hops and the bitter finish.
